A Monegasque story
More than thirty years ago, we created Stars'n'Bars, an iconic figure of the Principality of Monaco. Over the years, this place became a true landmark for residents, families and visitors from all over the world who pushed open this door to gather, share a meal and enjoy a good time facing Port Hercule.
Generations followed one another at these tables. Countless memories were made within these walls, on this terrace and along this legendary quay. Stars'n'Bars was never just a restaurant: it was a place of life, encounters and conviviality in the heart of Monaco.
Today, Stars of Monaco opens a new chapter on the same quay, in the same spirit. New energy, same passion: to create a place that looks like you, where we keep writing this story together. The page turns, the adventure continues.

Set in the heart of the Principality, overlooking Port Hercule, Stars of Monaco welcomes you in a warm and convivial atmosphere. Our Chef serves a generous, international cuisine, made entirely in-house from fresh ingredients carefully selected each day. Between live music, signature cocktails and a spirit of sharing, Stars of Monaco is a place to gather, designed for every generation. Family-friendly, the venue also features a Kids Club led by a qualified host, open Tuesday to Saturday from 6 to 9 pm, so the youngest guests can fully enjoy the experience too.

Girl Night
Gather for a festive afterwork overlooking Port Hercule. From 5 pm to 7 pm, the second drink is on us for all the ladies, set to the rhythm of an all-female DJ set.
Aperitivo
The spirit of the aperitivo comes to Stars of Monaco. From 5 pm to 7 pm, share a complimentary tapas board during Happy Hour and enjoy a convivial atmosphere carried by a live DJ set.
Jazz Night
