Our story
A Monegasque story
More than thirty years ago, we created Stars'n'Bars, an iconic figure of the Principality of Monaco. Over the years, this place became a true landmark for residents, families and visitors from all over the world who pushed open this door to gather, share a meal and enjoy a good time facing Port Hercule.
Generations followed one another at these tables. Countless memories were made within these walls, on this terrace and along this legendary quay. Stars'n'Bars was never just a restaurant: it was a place of life, encounters and conviviality in the heart of Monaco.
Today, Stars of Monaco opens a new chapter on the same quay, in the same spirit. New energy, same passion: to create a place that looks like you, where we keep writing this story together. The page turns, the adventure continues.

In the heart of the Principality, Stars of Monaco welcomes you in a warm setting facing Port Hercule. Our Chef serves international, generous and homemade cuisine, with fresh produce hand-picked every day. Music, conviviality and kids friendly.
The bar
Signature cocktails & two spaces
Stars of Monaco offers two bar spaces: our central bar and a second, more intimate bar in our right-hand room. You'll find the iconic Stars cocktails, created in-house, which have accompanied thirty years of Monaco nights, along with revisited classics, a selection of wines and champagnes, and our carefully crafted mocktails.

The Deck, our event space, for your private and corporate events, lunch and dinner, seven days a week.
Our event space hosts private parties, corporate events, cocktails, birthdays and full privatizations. Our events team supports you with a tailor-made approach and replies within 24 hours.
