In 1993, Stars'N'Bars opened its doors. Within a few months, the place became much more than a restaurant. It was a meeting point, a place where you knew you'd always run into someone.
People came without thinking twice: to dine with friends, watch a match, share a moment with family or simply enjoy the atmosphere facing the port. Drivers, entrepreneurs, Monegasque families, international residents, students and visitors passing through — everyone crossed paths there naturally.
For more than thirty years, this address was part of Monaco's DNA. Each era left its mark. But for many, one word has always remained associated with this quay: the Stars.
Today, a new page is being written: Stars of Monaco picks up the thread of this story with new energy. A reimagined venue, an international cuisine with strong markers — generous and homemade — a central bar, a terrace that shines facing the port, and above all, the same desire that has driven this place since day one: to create somewhere everyone feels at home.

Stars of Monaco fits into the history of a place that belongs to the memory of the Principality. On the same quay, in the same spirit of conviviality facing the port, we wanted to preserve what made this address's soul — the welcome, the sharing, the atmosphere — while giving it new energy: international-inspired cuisine and a signature bar.
